MEND, founded in 1969 by nine Moorestown churches, is a private, nonprofit corporation that develops, builds, owns and manages affordable rental housing in southern New Jersey. Their mission is to provide high quality, accessible, secure and safe affordable housing to individuals and families within Southern New Jersey, thereby fostering sustainable and strong communities. They were on the hunt for a fresh brand identity that reflected clearly their mission while also being classic, clean, and welcoming. Along with their logo, they needed a new tagline that gave a concise explanation of what they do. We landed on “AffordableHomes. Stronger Communities.” Which fits perfectly below their new logo.
